Hi there!
Please bring along these documents: -
1) Company letter to indicate that the vehicle has installed the canopy
2) Company stamp
3) Log card
4) Driver IC
5) Drawings
6) Invoices pertaining to the installation of the canopy
7) CVP Form
Do note that Canopy inspection is available only at Sin Ming and Pioneer JIC. You may schedule an appointment with VICOM to do the inspection.
