It's has been 2 weeks I had collected my new car but my dealer have not deregister and make full settlement on my previous car..Shall I make a police report?
Give the dealer a call to ask for answers. If the car's settlement is not made, the car will still be under your ownership. My best guess is that the dealership is having tight cashflow now.
