Hi Lohkt, so sorry to hear that. You may submit an appeal for witnesses on the Motorist app under the section "mWitness".
On "Dashboard" > under "Drive" > click "See More" > "mWitness" > Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Request for Witnesses"
