March 2026 COE Results 2nd Bidding: The COE horse galloped at a steady pace, with minor price acceleration in all Categories except motorbikes’ Cat D, which shot up by 11 percent
In the second COE bidding exercise of March 2026, Cat A closed at $111,890; Cat B closed at $115,568; Cat C closed at $78,000; Cat D closed at $9,589; while Cat E closed at $118,119.
Cat A (car up to 1600cc & 130bhp, and EV with up to 110kW) received 1,895 bids for 1,264 COEs and its premium climbed by $3,670. Category A COE closed at $111,890.
Cat B (car above 1600cc or 130bhp, and EV with more than 110kW) received 1,185 bids for 812 COEs and its premium climbed by $1,566. Category B COE closed at $115,568.
Cat C (goods vehicle and bus) received 438 bids for 290 COEs and its premium increased by $2,000. Category C COE closed at exactly $78,000.
Cat D (motorcycle) received 726 bids for 546 COEs and its premium increased by $987. Category D COE closed at $9,589.
Lastly, Cat E (all vehicles except motorcycle) received 422 bids for 246 COEs and climbed by $3,229. Category E COE closed at $118,119.
